Terms and Conditions – Rental
1. Responsibility for Damage
While all vehicles are driven by authorized company drivers, the Renter is financially
responsible for damages or losses that result from:

Passenger negligence or misconduct

Vandalism during stops or layovers initiated by the Renter

Specific instructions by the Renter that result in unsafe vehicle usage or route
selection
⚠️ In cases of accidents or total loss, full liability may be assessed based
on insurance coverage and investigation results. The Renter may be responsible for uninsured
amounts.
2. Vehicle Inspection and Documentation
A pre-trip inspection report will be prepared by the company and acknowledged by the Renter
before departure.
Upon return, a post-trip inspection will be conducted to assess for new damages.
Any damage or incidents must be reported immediately to [Company Name] through SMS, call, or
in-app form.
3. Damage Charges
All repair and replacement costs listed below are based on standard local service rates
in the Philippines (Metro Manila pricing):

📌 A detailed invoice will be issued for any damage, and the Renter is expected to settle
fees within 7 days.
4. Unauthorized Instructions
The Renter must not:
- Instruct the driver to operate in flooded or off-road areas
- Instruct the driver to operate in high-risk locations (e.g., protest zones, construction
sites)
- Request the vehicle to be left unattended with valuables inside
- Ask the driver to violate traffic laws or exceed passenger limits
Damages resulting from such actions are 100% the Renter’s liability and waivers do
not apply.
5. Unauthorized Repairs
The Renter is strictly prohibited from:
- Arranging third-party repairs
- Modifying or removing any vehicle parts
- Paying a repair shop directly
Any such actions are not reimbursable and may result in additional penalties up to ₱10,000.
6. Exclusions from Coverage
The Renter will be held fully liable under the following circumstances:
- Any act involving alcohol or drug use by passengers affecting the journey
- Vandalism or theft caused by unsecured doors/windows
- Passengers damaging the interior or exterior during use
- Any involvement in criminal or reckless behavior
- Unauthorized persons attempting to operate the vehicle
